Scorebuddy at Call Center Expo 2013


On the 2nd and 3rd of Oct one of Europe’s largest call center events takes place in London, Sentient will be exhibiting scorebuddy and officially launching the newest add-on module, Agent Insight. Designed to give agents more immediate feedback on their performance and progress, initial client feedback is that this will increase average quality and reduce the time and effort in ‘one to one’ reviews.
